Driffield Show is once again taking place over two days this year, on Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st July. We are able to approve one of these day as an authorised absence and if you intend to take your child/children to the show they will need to be absent from school for the full day.

Please click on the Google Form link below to complete and submit the attached form by Friday 8th July. Please complete the form whether your child will be attending the show or not. You will need to
complete a separate form for every child that you have in school.

Driffield Show have confirmed that entry will be by advanced purchase ticket only and there will be no option to pay on the day. However, up to three children (under 12) can go free with one paying adult. Consequently, to enable us to authorise your child/children’s absence you need to provide us with evidence of your advance ticket purchase. Please send a copy of your booking confirmation to the school office on jscholes@huttoncranswick.eriding.net - if we do not receive this and you still take your child out of school then this will go down as an unauthorised absence.

If you do not intend on taking your child to the show school will remain open as normal on both days
