If your child would like to participate in the club please complete the consent form below by Wednesday 6th April and we will notify you by Friday 8th April if your child has not secured a place at the club.
Fiona Tuplin is running an after school Multi-Sports Club for the Year 5 & 6 children on a Wednesday 3.20pm - 4.20pm. The club starts after the Easter Holidays from Wednesday 27th April and will be run in school outside, weather permitting. Places are limited so we will only let you know if your child has not secured a place. No special equipment is needed but we would ask that the child has their PE kit in school to change into for the club.
